We are located on Arlington Blvd., also known as Rt. 50, between Washington Blvd. and Fillmore Street in Arlington, Virginia, just a couple of miles from our Nation’s capital, Washington, DC.  Cambridge Courts is a garden style condominium community made up of 34 two and three story buildings with 159 one and two bedroom units.  Condominium conversion began in late 1984 and was completed in 1986.  Cambridge Courts is located about one mile south of the Clarendon Metrorail Station and is also serviced by the Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority and Arlington Transit bus lines, as well as the off-road Arlington Blvd Bike Trail.
