Storage Bins
Storage bins are located in the basement of some of the buildings. Other than bicycles, everything stored in basements must be in a bin.
Bins are numbered and each unit is assigned one free bin. If you don’t know which bin is assigned to your unit, contact Armstrong Management Services, Inc.. In addition, a limited number of bins are available for rent (check the Storage Bin policy for more information on how to rent a bin). DO NOT USE vacant storage bins unless approved by the management company. Just because a bin is empty and unlocked does not mean it is available.
Use of this storage area is at the sole risk of the unit owner or resident. It is not recommended to store anything of value in these bins. If you store firewood, it must be in a sealed metal container to prevent the spread of insects.
